Just so I'm clear, World Turtle Day actually happened on May 23. However, on Sunday, May 27, Athens Archelon Rescue Center will celebrate the day.
When I was an EPA attorney, I worked with someone who went to Costa Rica to do volunteer work with these little critters.
Aren't they awesome?
And I'm even a Terp.
